*Once you order, I will reach out to confirm your address and let you know where to send me your pet's ashes, and your finished piece will ship for free. This will also be the opportunity to let me know if you want to add in any glitter or gold leaf foil.

*Turnaround from the time I receive your ashes, hair, or fur is approximately 2-4 weeks.

*My jewelry is all bespoke items, and therefore, once you make your selection and order your piece, I cannot offer any refunds, so please be sure of your choices (including size) when you make them.

*When mixing cremains into resin, the colors are typically dulled and diluted slightly. Vibrance of color can sometimes be elicited by adding in glitter or foil, but it's hard to tell exactly what the color will be, depending on the actual colors of the ashes provided.
